ARMONÍA REAL ESTATE was founded by Olena Litovkina, a professional real estate agent accredited and licensed by the Kingdom of Spain and the Generalitat of Catalonia, a current member of the College of Professional Real Estate Agents of Catalonia (COAPI Barcelona), as well as APIALIA Gaudi.
Alyona's story is one of determination and professional excellence. Born in Mariupol, a coastal city on the Sea of Azov, she came to Barcelona in 2015 with her husband, armed with nothing but courage and ambition. Over the past 10 years in Spain, she has built a career based on continuous education and absolute dedication to her clients.

Olena has solid legal and specialized training:
• Qualified lawyer specializing in property law.
• Graduate of the Contract Law course at Harvard University (USA).
• Graduate of the International Law course at IBM Institute (Berlin, Germany).
• Official Real Estate Agent Certificate in Spain, including qualifications in Derecho Inmobiliario (property law), taxation and real estate valuation, certificate approved by the Kingdom of Spain and the Generalitat of Catalonia.
This unique combination of international legal expertise and specialization in the Spanish real estate market allows Olena to provide a comprehensive service that protects her clients' interests from all legal and financial perspectives.
